<p>Knutsen NYK Carbon Carriers (KNCC) has revealed a change in its top management with the promotion of chief technical officer Oliver Hagen-Smith. Hagen-Smith, who joined Knutsen in 2009, will take over as chief executive from Anders Lepsøe in May.
